Minecraft Bedrock / Particle?

I recently saw that there's a particle command in the Bedrock Edition. Can someone please explain to me how it works?

It would be best if you look at the particle commands on YouTube because the commands are shown there and you can thus deduce how the commands work. But you also have to look at particle for bedrock unless you are looking for java particle.
