Activate Minecraft Windows 10 version?

I just wanted to ask why the license code is not entered at microsoft.

People who bought Minecraft Java get the Win10 version free but when I click on Redeem and I log in it says "Please enter a code". It should be there automatically, but it is not.

What can I do?

As far as I know, only if you've had Java for a few years; it's supposed to be something of a compensation if you prefer Bedrock, but bought Java before the release
