I have a Java account for 20 euro since 2015 but then Windows 10 Edition came at some point, can I get Windows 10 for free or do I have to spend 30 euro now?

I got it for free, so you actually got it. The Windows 10 Edition is a lot worse and has fewer options, servers, mods etc. Would stay with Java

As far as I know, the free campaign has ended, but the Java version is nothing "worse" anyway, on the contrary.
