I have had stuttering sound and picture in games for 2 weeks:
Minecraft
Poly bridge
Valheim
I haven't tried others yet, but I think it could be similar. Before that I had no problems.
i have the problem even when i play offline.
pc:
Amd Ryzen 5 2600
radeon rx 590
2x 8 GB DDR4
the games are on a hdd 1tb

After a new installation you can probably rule out driver problems.
if everything was ok beforehand, it is most likely that something is defective. Accordingly, I would check everything one after the other with test programs.
Everything runs normally and nowhere is it busy or too warm
Ok I was able to find the bug. It was due to the ssd which seems to be broken or something. I made Windows on the hdd now the stuttering is gone.
