I can't stop thinking about childhood since I was 13 and cry often (no idea why), especially with the song C418-Sweden from Minecraft. I always played that and it reminds me of the time.
But you should look into the future and that's why I want to ask how you can just let go.
By overcoming puberty.
Aww that's really cute. But I would start finding new songs that might mean as much to you in the future as the Minecraft song.
Throw away old things and start a new chapter in life.
You still have time. Just enjoy your life. At some point you will grow up by yourself
Don't let go. I don't either. Childhood is the most beautiful thing you have probably had so far. It is a great treasure, and those who are able not to lose this treasure and always have it with them will often be happy.
Just make sure that you are not controlled by it, it shouldn't be an obstacle in everyday life.

Believe me, you want the truth of this world. Not getting to know reality at all. Childhood is the best there's. I'm also just 16 and I wish people would not expect me to grow up and I would never have understood the truth of this world and lived in my own world
