So I want OptiFine Hollow me downloaded it, but I can't open the file. And I also can't select Java to open. Can someone help me?

It should be possible for you to do the whole thing on the CMD.

Open the directory in which the Optifine installer is located.

Hold SHIFT and right-click in a free area of the folder.

Select command window open here or open Powerhsell here.

then execute the following command:

java -jar optifine-installer-file-name.jar
