You will not get a Minecon cape if you have never been to a Minecon yourself. Otherwise you have to get a cape from Optifine or similar. To buy. This is then seen by all players with the respective mod. Optifine's are the most established and, in my opinion, the most beautiful capes. Labymod also has some, but they are not that nice. In addition, the Labymod is almost only represented in German-speaking countries, where, however, Optifine is more widespread and accordingly more players see it.
But the capes from Optifine must be a banner and those from Labymod not, so the Labymod capes are more beautiful.
