Java Edition can be redeemed and downloaded on http://www.minecraft.net/...ecraft.net.
You must redeem Windows 10 Edition in the Microsoft Store.
Did you buy the windows 10 or the badrock version or the javaversion? And where did you enter the code? In the microsoft store or on minecraft.net?
