I enjoy playing Minecraft and I'm very excited about the Soup players. I would like to get better at it, but I have to keep looking at my keyboard to press the right hotkey. I look forward to every answer!
Practice, nothing more than practice.
If you still have to look at the keyboard, it speaks for the fact that you simply haven't been dealing with computers for that long. Knowing and hitting the right keys is - regardless of games - simply a matter of practice. Over the months to years, the knowledge is transferred to the muscle memory, until you are at the point of instinctively actuating the right buttons without having to actively think about them.
Practice practice practice.
And maybe set good hotkeys.

As has already been written: Just play. It takes time, but at some point you can do everything automatically.
And: Set the key assignment in such a way that you can easily remember it and access it.
