One question at the beginning: Do you really want to run all servers on the localhost?! I don't think so.
The error message simply says that the various channels can't be found by the local servers.
Either you did not start the game server or what is more likely that you either set the online mode to false in the Bungeecord Config or set the bungeecord to false on the sub-servers.
Change that and set the host to 0.0.0.0:PORT PORT = lobby server port and the query_port to the port for your standard lobby server
