Minecraft is a great game where your creativity knows no bounds. It's really really good. But it depends on whether you enjoy it. If necessary, you can sell it on eBay classifieds.
If you like Minecraft or want to give it a try, yes. Android PC, I would rather recommend the PC version. Oh man just decide for yourself.
If you want a version of Minecraft for on the go, the most likely one is for Nintendo Switch. There are also servers there. Minecraft is my absolute favorite game, I've already spent several thousand hours on it. The switch version is also relatively cheap.
