Can't install Minecraft Forge? - 2

I want to install Minecraft Forge for 1.12.2, but the "Windos Installer" button is missing. Have I selected the wrong version or am missing e.g. Java? I can't currently install Forge because I don't know what the problem is.

If you clicked on "Installer" and the icon of the jar file is not a mug, then you need to install Java. You can find the download here: https://www.java.com/.../download/
