Minecraft stops registering mouse clicks, what to do?

On click test websites I reach 12-15 cps, but only 1-3 are displayed in-game with the same click technique (Labymod click counter). It does not seem to be a display error because the stroke animation pauses briefly in between. I've tried different mice with different drivers and the same problem everywhere, so it must be due to the game. It's been like this for a few weeks. Didn't make any changes to the PC.

How do I get Minecraft to register all clicks again?

Let me guess the whole thing is just left click?

Could it be that you have updated your Minecraft version from 1.7.10 or lower to a higher version?

I've been playing at 1.8 or higher for years and never had the problem before

Ah sorry 1.8 wars still normal only from 1.9 there was the combat system update

I don't think it's the update, I have the problem in all versions.
