Does anyone know how to make a Tahch bottle and diving gear (diving goggles, diving fins) at Minecraft.

You have to download mods that have something like that or simply enchant a helmet with breathing

Scuba tank only works with mod

So I'm playing in 1.8 and not 1.16, but I don't know that there are. If you just google it:

Diving equipment only works with mods. Normally you can take a turtle helmet with breathable 3 you can dive forever
