Does anyone know of a good Minecraft chatting server?

I mean one in the style of e.g. Club Penguin where there are different chat rooms where you can write with other people and so on.

If such a server does not exist in German, it can also be in English.

Do you know the Discord app? With this app there are very many servers with different chat rooms and so on. I'm sure there are also some that deal with Minecraft
