How many players at least for a root server?

I will host a KVM root server on tube-hosting.de today: I will run a Minecraft Bungeecord 1.8 server on the KVM root server. What is the minimum number of players allowed on my server for my server performance? :

8GB RAM

4 CPU cores

50GB NVMe SSD storage

Maximum player depends on it. How many servers, which plugins and maps etc. Tell me.

Tube hosting will not be suitable for Minecraft because the CPU is too weak. The 8GB Ram don't help. Look at you Avoro or venocix.

Normal SSD is enough, almost certainly 4GB RAM as well, since you won't have that many players anyway.

I haven't done anything with the 1.8 for a long time, but with 4GB you're on the safe side, just take another provider with a good CPU.

Theoretically, 2GB also works, especially if you have fewer sub-servers.

So everything should work tip top with 10 players. No laggs and stuff?
