I can only recommend Minehub. You can choose how long you want to host the server (1 day to 1 year), and there are several packages. Free (not really recommended), pro, and various better servers. I'm happy with it and my Minecraft server is running fine.
If you are familiar with Linux etc you can rent a VServer at Contabo. Since the entry-level models cost about 4 euro and the price / performance is far better than that of classic Minecraft hosters. If you need help you can also write to me
