Is it allowed to use cracked accounts for Minecraft?

I've tried hacking with a Hackclient (sausage) on my own server (not on others not honored) to test how good my anti-cheat is, I came across cracked accounts in the client and selected one. I did not know what and how it works. I can no longer log in with my Minecraft account. It always says: The connection to the server could not be established. What do I have to do if my account is blocked? Can I unlock it then else my 20 euro are thrown out of the window! Thanks to all who help.
