Problem with team comrades?

I have a problem with my teammates.

We're 4 people in Team 1 lately, and 1 is there but he does not help.

Here is a situation:

We decided together to open a minecraft server and a TS3 server, so far so good.

After a good 3 months, it was time that one has only rarely seen and the other has slowly arrived only with demands. Finally, I had a friend ask if he helps me with this work, which was no problem for him.

He had retuned our Ts but my other teammates did not fit because he has no access to some functions. This team chamber wheel is currently so that he drove everyone out of the Ts3 server that does not suit him.

I have often tried to talk to him but that did not help because I also feel that he does not listen when I talk to him.

how do you see it?

Should I part with him?

Well, if sometimes the "pleasure" subsides, the best persuasion does not help anymore.
Unfortunately, you can't enforce that, maybe he also misses the time - but you can't judge from here.
I suspect that it is either "lust" (no more buck) missing or the time frame was set differently and therefore playing became a minor matter.

One is in Teamspeak most of the time, chatting with the users, it seems to me that he just wants the rights to have something to say.
