For the time being, thank you for reading this long text
I'm very raving recently when I go on the Teamspeak server of mine. I have my own server network and logically also have a server team. Now that's the thing that these are all the time asking for any rights. For example, if you are allowed to have Op on the Minecraft server. I mean I did not write all the rights for the team members for nothing. I've already tried to explain that to you, but they just do not understand it. Now I do not know any more. Yesterday, one of them fiddled with what cheap bots we have on the server. I tried to explain to him that these bots are only trial-and-error, as we're planning a huge update for our server. But this one does not really help me. At least they always want some rights. An admin (under Owner what I'm) has asked if he could set up the Ts bisl. However, it makes me tremble when people do things that I can't see. I mean, how should I know what he's doing. That not all of a sudden the player group suddenly has the rights of an owner… When I join the server, I always get to feel this tense feeling, because I know that it will easily be annoying again. I had also thrown out my last team completely because this was thought to bully one of the team members cyber. But even this team had this property as the current team. What's wrong with these people? I also employed older people. Unfortunately, these did not come back… Our oldest team member is 16 … He works at Teamspeak. Now to my question: How should I tell you? I feel so uncomfortable. However, if I told them that they were kicked out of the team, I feel even worse and, like the old team, I'm very desperate because I do not know if that was right. They hear that everything is nothing. Soon the team meeting. Should I address it again? I just do not know… I'm so funny saying my opinion. What can I say? How shall I put it? What should I do? Is there something there? Thank you for reading, I look forward to your answers. Dear Noah.

Remember that this could be up to you. Because you quit these teams constantly!
I do not quit constantly… So far only once
Nevertheless, I find that covered. Maybe it will be easier to deal with the team.
I'll try that in a nutshell:
trust
If you do not trust your team, the work is not worth much. This is not the team, but you. You have to work on that. Micromanagement works very moderately and in the end makes you break down and your people lose their fun.
A team is not dependent on the boss → the boss depends on the team
Once you understand and internalize that, you usually see things in a different light; is different with situations, etc.
You have to make sure that your people can do their job. If you need any rights for that → you should distribute them.
"Our oldest team member is 16"
I leave that largely uncommented, but: What do you expect? That young people offer you a mature workforce?
I do not often pose counter-questions, but one thing must be:
Why do you need a team at all?
I've hosted the DayZ Epoch Mod for 3 years as a server admin, 6 ARK servers for 3 years and also several Teamspeak servers…
I managed all this on my own, except for a player who helped me with DayZ scripts.
If you want to successfully run a server, look for people you can trust, but they should be well over 16 years old - and you'll have to pay them otherwise they will not stay…
With a Minecraft server there are several tasks. Over build up to programming…
If you want to get a decent MC server up and running, you need a team. Thus one can distribute the tasks.
For example, if someone wants to code a bedwarsplugin and he's still inexperienced I think he'll need the 1 1/2 - 2 weeks for the plugin. But then you also want to have maps, say for each map 1-2h x10 maps, we're already at about 10-20h…
