I'm often banned from a Minecraft server because I use a modified version of Minecraft that violates the server rules, but I get a new old account and change my IP, it is illegal to bypass this IP ban I mean was rightly banned.
So not legally illegal, since Minecraft is a sandbox game, there are theoretically no rules, and if you join a server you have to agree to the rules of the owner, and since avoiding ban is usually forbidden, you will just be banned until permanent or whatever depending on the server.
Your question will soon be resolved anyway, if you need a Microsoft account and can only use it with Minecraft that you have bought.
This will make all the old accounts look old…
You're breaking the Minecraft Terms of Use and the rules of most servers. If you change your IP too often, you also get a "Minecraft ban".
