Why? Server cpus are very expensive. Gaming cpus are better suited for many game servers, if not most, because many game servers do not benefit from many cores as the classic server application does. No CPU breaks from 24/7 operation. Enterprise stuff like ECC Ram is not needed by the questioner.
Do all of these game servers have to run 24/7 at the same time? Can't you just do this on your main PC that you also play on?
