Split Minecraft Items?

I'm making a PVP server that also has Bedwars on it. If you play solo everything is okay, only the problem is when you play doubles, trio or teams in pairs, usually only one gets the items. Is there a possibility that if something is dropped that both players will get the same thing?

With Bedwars plugins, yes

It would be too cumbersome with commands
