Where are free templates for Minecraft server logos available?

I'm admin on a server because our server icon / logo is not the best i wanted to ask if someone has free icons or has templates for a logo like gommehd.net or otherwise.

or tips or a good video on how to make a good logo / icon?

My recommendation:
Find a good designer.
