Why is the minecraft bedrock server lagging?

Why is the minecraft bedrock server lagging so hard when you're already at 2 it's unplayable and the items just don't despawn normal white after 5 minutes you always have to use kill command. Does anyone have an idea how to delete the items from all chunks.
