MCHost24 Minecraft Server is set up continuously?

I rented a Minecraft server on MCHost24 today. When I then click on the server it says the whole time, server is being set up "and I can't press anything. This has been going on for over an hour. But it can't be normal because I've already got a server there and Everything went well there. Or am I mistaken?
