Minecraft modserver with friends?

I have the problem that I host a Minecraft Stoneblock server and this is also displayed to me and I can enter it, but my friends can't. If I enter my iPv4 address at server ip = when I start the server: can't bind to port… Maybe a other server is running with that port

So I didn't enter anything on server ip, because that was explained to me on a website. All right, the server is displayed for me and I come in but my friends don't… What should I do?
