Minecraft Forge Server connection does not work so no one else can join?

Hello today I tried to start my Forge server without Hamachi.

First made the port shares in the router for port 25565 TCP and UDP.

Then in the firewall for both an outgoing rule created so that the firewall lets everything through.

Then bich on Angst.org I've created an account and a subdomain and installed the program Free DNS and set it always starts when I use the computer instead.

Now I started the server and Free DNS showed me: Remote IP Dected as unavailable. IP detection could not be determined. Are you connected to the Internet?

Then I made a hard reset for the router and restarted as well as the PC and the server. After some time, the same error message comes again.

So I started Minecraft on a trial basis and tried to connect. Minecraft told me: Can't connect to server: java.netException: Connection timed out: Connection timed out: No further information.

After I came across a video on the Internet, I changed in the settings for the protocol at IP4, the DNS server address. Unfortunately still no success.

I try to join myself directly via localhost I connect myself quite normally.

Does anyone have a solution or approach that I can change to solve the problem and run the domain without any problems? I appreciate any help.

Look first if it may be due to the port release by connecting to your public IP, instead of the dynamic DNS.

Just try to connect minecraft via your public IP as I wrote it, with no dynamic DNS in between, so you know where the problem lies.

I can easily join via my public IP. But I'm not just passing on my IP.

I tried to log in to NO-IP and tried to get the confirmation email several times, but I can't get it and can't complete the registration.

Except for one thing I'm trying to make a right click on Invasion Mod + Custom NPC's Mod but despawn the Nexux Block and despawnen the Custom NPC's Item from the Hotbar. Is this normal or do I have to change a setting?

Oh and yes the item was taken out of the creative mode and I have op rights Level 4.
