CPU usage on vServer with Minecraft Server?

I own a vServer with Minecraft. Unfortunately, there are often lags on the Minecraft server.

The following hardware: 4 CPU cores, 8GB Ram, 100GB SSD 4GB are assigned to the MC server.

I have the top command running all the time, the MC server uses only about 20-40% of the CPU performance, and the 4GB are never fully utilized. Do you have any idea why it was anyway. Other processes use almost no performance (5-10% of server performance)

How much ram not assigned to the server by the VM? So you can do it by bat…
