Router port share without access data?

Hi, I wanted to release the port for my Minecraft server on our router! However, I do not get the access data for the router where you could configure this in its settings! Is this also possible WITHOUT access data?

I mean, you can do that with a tool like Ngrok, by setting up a tunnel from another server in your network.
