Find Minecraft Developer How / where from?

Realize that the "good" Devs don't want to work for air and love. If you want a commercial server, with your own plugins etc., then you will probably have to spend money in your hand. If you just want a small, private server, for you and some friends where no money is made, plugins that have already been made (which you can customize) would be a better alternative. Finding a good dev that works for free… Well, let's say the vast majority who do are not so good that it's worth it here. But if that's what you want, people have already linked you to some forums.
