How to find Minecraft Developer?

I currently run a Minecraft server that also has its own game modes. My current and only developer, however, is often unable to do so, so it does not go great. So how can I get a good developer?

You can advertise in forums, discord servers etc., of course only if it is allowed. Please note that you also write in your offer what you offer, why you should come to your site and what makes your server unique.
