I have a Nitrado private Minecraft server. An idiot from my class has somehow come to my IP and grieft. The other day he threw 16 iron blocks and 1 diablock into the lava! (I do not panic from the GM1 again). So the problem:
The whitelist does not work properly. Are there any other ways to protect his server against such idiots. He also brings his stupid "friends" (as if he had some) or creates double accounts. Is there a way that with zb. Command blocks or a Nitrado feature to make?
Thanks in advance!
PS: I know how a whitelist is done, but you can get it anyway.
Is there a solution with command blocks?
I've had Nitrado servers for dozens of other games (except Minecraft) and passwords have been set for each game, so only people who have the password will come to the server.
Permanent bans were also possible, if steam or similar. Was logged in.
Google after that, that should be possible for Minecraft also.
You can set a password in the web interface, and the whitelist function works well… You just have to turn it on and enter your name in the list. There should also be tutorials on the Nitrado forums
You are wrong and as problem ran. The solution is the whitelist.
regarding "The whitelist is not working properly." → You would be the first one who does not work whitelist. What exactly is your problem with the whitelist? What does the serverlog say if the type is joint?
* How often the whitelist works with you but not with me *
In addition, the multiple accounts so bring Bans nothing
Sorry if that crosses your 13-year horizon, but please just google for the correct whitelist setup on Nitrado servers. Do not ask for the solution here if you do not like the solution. As I said, you can also set a password…
Then password or whitelist
