So I'm using Minecraft Server Citizens 2 in version 1.10.2 and I want to track that of the NPC myself. Does anyone know such a command?

You can install sentinel for this:

During NPC creation, you can set whether or not the NPC should track / attack the creator, and also the distance, how far he tracks you. Plugin is in English and not easy to handle. Read and practice WIKI.
