Daylight sensor is not meant to capture the weather light. Is that possible?

I'm currently on my Minecraft server. And I have a problem with the daylight sensor. And I don't want it to change due to weather changes. Since it serves for opening times. I've already tried it out. But I haven't found a solution with me. I also tried Wordguard Weather Lures but it doesn't work. I want her to be able to change the weather already. But it would not be a problem if the weather should not change where the daylight sensor is located. If someone had a solution

Change the biome in the daylight sensor to desert. Then it can no longer rain and therefore weather does not affect the daylight sensor.
