Multiverse Portals for 1.12.2 Bukkit Server?

I have a 1.12.2 Minecraft Server and wanted to have Mutliverse Portals on the Sever (I also have Multiverse) and I downloaded 1.12 at this link and 1.13 and 1.8.1 but they are not working which version should I use for 1.12 .2 works? Here the link: https://dev.bukkit.org/...tals/files

Remove all plugins and only load multiverse and multiverse portals. Maybe a plugin is to blame for not working.
