Minecraft server is down, blocks disappear with delay?

I rented a Minecraft server with 3 GB RAM from McHost24 5 days ago, because we usually play seven games on the server at the same time. The first days were almost without laggs, but from today it is the case that the blocks, for example, degrade with a slight delay. This is relatively annoying and it can't be due to the RAM, I think 2 GB would have been enough. Can someone help me? Restarting the server doesn't help either.
