No connection to the Nitrado server?

Now to the problem:

My friend I wanted to play minecraft together without a hitch and then rented a server through Nitrado pipapo…

Problem but now when we were very comfortable playing we were kicked out and couldn't join anymore. Server was also started but nothing worked.

This error message comes when you try to kick if that helps

The latest.log from the server is required to identify the problem. So no information is possible.
