What is the name of the new Lost Wuzaa server?

I was playing on a special Skyblock server called "Lost Wuzaa". The server went down because the developer somehow left and the admins created a new server. I also recently played on the server. But unfortunately the PC is smeared and I had to put it on again. I also lost my Discord account. So that I no longer have access to the Dc server, including the Mc server. Can anyone happen to send me either the Minecraft IP or an invitation link for the Discord server?
