Hay people, I'm currently with three other known a Minecraft server on the 1.14 high. I have already invested quite a bit of money in performance and slots. In addition, we have already put a lot of time in four.
But now comes the real thing. How and where can I effectively get players on it? Do you know certain pages and forums? Something like Minecraft-server.eu I have already done, but to no avail.
So you could now go to other servers and advertise, then you will probably be banned because of foreign advertising. Or you tell your friends about it, they tell it on and on…
Advertise on other servers, I find very provocative and brings more hate… With the continue telling already tried but most do not know where still active MC plays.
Then go to other servers and friends with people. After a while, you can invite them to your server and say they can bring friends too

The question is, how good is your server really? So if you only mainstream either game modes like bedwars, etc or citybuild, you probably will not find players. Or if you have a bad system and the server is too lazy or the server was just badly made. However, if you have your own working server with a game idea of its own, people usually come by themselves. If you want to help out, you can go to team peaks and ask other players if they would like to try your server.
