How to get bees in Minecraft Skyblock?

I've been playing Minecraft Skyblock on a Minecraft server (1.16) for a few days. I was at the very beginning and planted a few trees and a bee nest with bees spawned on one tree. However, these flew away and disappeared without a trace. Now my question is whether and how you can get new bees, since I now only have an empty bee nest. I've read my books and everywhere they appear they only spawn in biometric like plains, but painting island biom is ocean and I can't change it. I ask for help, is it possible to get new bees?

If you place a flower next to an oak sapling, the tree may grow into a bees nest.
Try it a few times the probability is low.
