Multiverse Sign Portals Permissions?

I have a question. I would like to give all groups (Luckperms) permission to use Multiverse Sign Portals on my Minecraft server. The stupid thing is I don't know permission xD.

The permission to use a portal is as follows:

multiverse.portal.access.PORTALNAME

Ok thanks but what does portal name mean? The world it is likely to lead to, right?

In Name you enter the name as you called the portal when you created it. So what name you have given in the command where you created the portal.
