Minecraft Java Account Problems?
A friend of mine is having trouble joining the Minecraft server. He has already bought the Java Edition 2 times, but with a Microsoft account, as you can no longer create Mojang accounts. He can't join the server with this account. My question is: what's the problem? Is it the Microsoft account? Do you have to do something specific at Microsoft? Or do Microsoft accounts just don't have a multiplayer function yet? If Microsoft accounts don't have a multiplayer function: How long do we have to wait? Because I would love to play with him!

I read somewhere that some Microsoft accounts and some servers have problems with the EULA. That you have to accept something first. But it didn't affect me, so I didn't take a closer look at it.

We already tried it, it didn't work. He can only join the cracked server, even though he bought the account on minecraft.net. We really don't know what the problem is.

It's definitely up to you. "Timed Out" means something like: "Timed out, I couldn't connect to the server"
Check your internet connection, your firewall and your anti-virus program.
