Help the Witherskelette on my 1.7.10 server spin through. How can I kill all Witherskelets with one command?

If you do not have any mods or plugins, the only difficulty is to settle for peace.

I did that. But as soon as I put the difficulty back to normal, it starts again. There are tons of wither skeletons spawning.
