Downgrade Minecraft Windows 10 Edition (Bedrock)?

My Minecraft has been automatically updated to version 1.12. For most servers I need 1.11. Can I somehow downgrade the version?

Although I do not know the Windows10 Edition, but also here it should be possible to create a new profile and select a different version for it. Downgrade is not possible, every Minecraftstart everything would be overwritten again.
