Do everything full of TNT.
You have to make sure that many changes are loaded on the server at the same time.
Eg If you ignite a lot of TNT.

The principle is a simple self-interrupt circuit:
Redstone Block activates the Pisotn via the installed Redstone Dust.
The piston pushes the redstone block to the side and thus cuts off its energy supply, causing it to withdraw immediately.
The redstone block sticks to the sticky piston and is thereby pulled back, causing the whole thing to start again.

If you want to shoot down the server and it may take some time, I would take chickens.
Simply build a chicken farm where the chickens reproduce automatically.
