Can you find builder on minecraft-server.eu?

Hello I'm admin on a minecraft server and looking for builder. Since I've heard a lot about minecraft-server.eu, I wanted to ask if anyone even reports if you make a contribution there that you are looking for a builder? Since most of the comments are from #push and not from advertised players?

People don't apply in the comments, but when they do, they have opportunities that you need to specify. For example Discord / Teamspeak or a forum or something
