Nitrado Minecraft Server with JVM arguments start?

I want to turn off the "Netty service" and set the time-out setting to 600. Since this is only by JVM argument, I would need help.

Maybe someone can tell me where I can start the Nitrado server with JVM arguments?

Nitrado will not let you edit it yourself. Can only use the options in the web interface.

at least as far as I'm informed.
