Is it possible with this program to find out every IP of another player in a game. (Eg Minecraft, Teamspeak, CSGO…)

You will not be able to see what is going on over the server. Except things that the other self auflößt z.b. Urls for preview display etc. But if everything has turned off and clicks anywhere on it to open something etc, you see no IP.

But that does not get you far. IP's are public addresses. They are designed so that the respective servers know them.
All connection partners must have the IP. Speaking of a peer to peer connection, one has the IP's from each other, in a connection via a server, the server of both participants has the IP's and then mediates.
I do not know what you saw for a video and what was said there. Wireshark is a sniffer. The program shows you the network traffic on an interface that is being listened to. Only IP addresses that communicate with the interface during the observation period can be "found out" as sender or receiver of data packets. The game can be recognized at best via the port number or typical paktet.
