Minecraft new profile?

I'm trying desperately to create a new Minecraft profile to play with an older version.

On the Internet it is always said that I have to go to the "Profile" tab, but I just don't have it (latest launcher). I only have news, games, installations, skins, change lists and settings.

Can someone tell me how and where I can create a new profile?

It is now called "installations". There you can create a new profile with +, because then create new folders accordingly…
